How Did We Celebrate?

It's been several years since we've done anything to celebrate our Anniversary and I was in desperate need of a break from life and the kids. Once we found a babysitter to watch the boys (THANKS AGAIN MADI!!) Dan did what any good husband should do. He booked us a short stay at a beautiful B&B.
We stayed at the lovely Johnson Mill in Midway.

It was relaxing and romantic
(even with our cute little tag along.)

And if that wasn't enough Dan made sure the room was filled with rose petals, sparkling cider, chocolate covered strawberries, and romantic music. He even scheduled me a one-hour, in-room massage.

Thanks again sweetie. It was exactly what I needed.

Aaaahhhh. :) What an incredibly sweet stay. Even with the tag-along?

(on a sidenote: I had a massage when I was nursing my 2nd baby...it didn't feel nearly as relaxing because my chest hurt. Are you nursing your tag-along? If so....was it okay? Because I could really use a massage right now. lol)

Soo beautiful Nicole!!! I may need to talk Mike into taking me there someday! And I love the story of how you met. Mike and I got a good chuckle out of it!!!

Tooje:I remember my chest being very sensitive when I was nursing my second child. But I haven't had that problem with #3. I did have a massage a week after he was born which was a little uncomfortable, but this time was lovely. I'd say if you can lay face down without pain it's totally worth it.
