After picking Tyson up from preschool each day I try to probe for info as to how the day went. Some days he is more than happy to give me a complete run-down of the day's events. Other days, getting any details is akin to pulling teeth. Today's conversation was priceless.
M: Who did you play with today?
T: Maddie. I really like her. I think I am falling in love.
M: Really? Why do you like her?
T: She is so beautiful. More beautiful than a butterfly.
M: Wow. What else do you like about her?
T: She is sweet.
M: What does she do that is sweet?
T: She sits by me, and plays with me everyday.
M: And so now you love her?
T: I'm not in love, I'm just falling in love.
M: Oh.
