I am not a shoe lover. I don't get excited about cute shoes. I rarely buy myself shoes. I don't have very many shoes, just the basics. I don't own any fancy, frilly, trendy shoes. It was a big deal when I bought a second pair of flip flops this summer. But this post isn't about me. It's about Nolan.
Nolan loves shoes. He often asks for shoes first thing in the morning and cries when I have to take them off. He even wants shoes on over his footie jammies.
He thinks everyone shares his love of shoes. He will often bring my shoes to me excitedly, like he's giving me a gift. He will also bring me other people's shoes when he finds them laying around. Sometimes he likes to try them on. Right this very minute he is trying to put Tyson's school shoes on over Preston's Crocs which are already on his feet.
Sometimes I even find missing shoes hiding in his toy box.
He's a funny kid.

that is so weird... Shep has this same shoe obsession.... maybe it is a 3rd boy thing!
