I realized lately that I must either be getting
better looking or less vain
in my "old age." I don't seem to wear make up as often as I used to. And I not as bothered/embarrassed to go to the store bare faced with messy hair.
I am leaning more towards the "less vain" theory after having this conversation with Tyson:
Tyson: Mom it's a beautiful spring dayMe: Yes it is.T: Do you know who I think is beautiful?M:No, who?T: You! But you could use a little more make-up.M: Um, no thanksT: Yeah, you need lipstick
For the record: I was wearing make-up the day of this conversation. And lipstick is dangerous when you have lips like mine.

Even though you are as beautiful as ever you are less vain because I don't tell you every time people ask me how I got someone so out of my league :)
Ha ha. . . That is funny! Tyson kills me. You should put on some flaming red lipstick and see what he says. Hopefully he doesn't love it.
