Before and After

Remember this post from last year?

Well, Walmart is officially finished.

So far I have not noticed an increase in traffic in my neighborhood, or an increase in noise. We didn't get dust or mice from the construction. And we've enjoyed watching the building progress all year.

It's too early to tell if the wildlife is gone. We had deer up until the week of the grand opening, but none since. I still have hope they will be back. We don't usually see the pheasant until summer and we still have our birds.

So far so good.
