Most people who know Preston love him. He has a great little personality. He is kind and loving.
He is quick to share with others. He will never get himself a snack without also grabbing one for everyone else in the house.
He loves his family and friends deeply. He gets very excited when anyone comes to visit. When Dan walks in the door, Preston yells, "Dad! Dat You?!"
He is polite and social. He is quick to say "Peas and Gang Kew" and always has a smile for everyone.
He is smart. He is a puzzle genius, and has a big vocabulary. He knows his colors, points out letters (or ABCD's as he calls them) everywhere we go. He loves to sing, and is starting to quote his favorite books (Next time you see him say, "There's a butterfly" and see what he says!) Yesterday he surprised me by informing me that his cracker was a triangle.
He plays hard and still loves to climb. Every time he gets hurt he comes to find me begging for a kiss. One simple kiss is all it takes to make him feel better.
Every stage of his life has brought new surprises. Even moving him to a toddler bed has been a blessing. Every night when I tuck him in I snuggle him for a minute, something I couldn't do when he was in a crib. After a few minutes he says, "Go mom." Then he quickly falls asleep on his own with no drama. It's lovely.
I simply can't wait to see what the next year brings.

I totally agree. I love him so much, and he makes me happy every time I see him!!!
You are right he does look like Sheeby in that picture. What a great little boy you have he is such a blessing to all of us. I just love that kid to pieces.
He sure looks different in a year! I am glad he had a great birthday!
