Rise and Shout

Dan and Tyson had a night of manly bonding.

First they went to a football game.

Tyson was surprisingly excited about going to the game with his dad. He isn't much into sports.
And his football-watching attention span is close to nil. But he

loves

(is there a word stronger than 'loves'?)

spending time with his dad.

I think the one-on-one time will turn Tyson into a football fan sooner rather than later.

After the game (rather than drive home and get Tyson to bed at a decent hour) They went out for ice cream.

And as if that wasn't enough they spent time in a local arcade.

Dan claims that they were waiting for traffic to clear before driving home but I think that was just an excuse to extend their guys night out.

I am glad they were able to spend some quality time together. Tyson is still talking about it. And it won't be long before Preston will be joining them.

I am also proud of Dan for taking the camera along, and taking lots of pictures.
